Los Alamos Arts Council is sponsoring the next Tokyo Nights Anime Lounge with a screening of the award-winning film Koe no Katachi (A Silent Voice), at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9 at SALA Event Center. This free event is a place to connect, reflect, and explore the powerful themes of identity, empathy, and second chances. School starts EARLY this year! Our “NOT Back To School Breakfast” will be on the first day of classes, Monday, Aug. 11, from 9-11 a.m., at Trinity on the Hill Episcopal Church in Kelly Hall at 3900 Trinity Drive.

Breakfast will include burritos, pastries, fruit, coffee, and Spa Water. We are trying to accommodate many dietary needs. There will be no charge, though donations would be appreciated to help defray the cost.
