Los Alamos Public Schools was well represented at the recent New Mexico National History Day regional contest and state competition. Nineteen students from Piñon Elementary, Los Alamos Middle School and Los Alamos High School competed in the regional contest in Santa Fe in March.

New Mexico’s Bataan Memorial Building Added To National Register Of Historic Places

The New Mexico Historic Preservation Division has announced the Bataan Memorial Building, New Mexico’s former state and territorial capitol, has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
