LAAC Brown Bag: Charles & Anderson Wednesday

Noon Wednesday at Fuller Lodge, the Los Alamos Arts Council hosts local artists Joy Charles and Aaron Anderson, for the lunchtime Brown Bag Performance Series Charles and Anderson will play a collection of works.

The audience will be treated to jazz, folk, pop and classical music. Audience members will even be treated to some Sinatra, Panic! At the disco, Beethoven and some music from the TV show, “Game of Thrones.”

The Family YMCA’s Red, Black and Wild West Ball is Saturday, March 14 at Buffalo Thunder Resort and will feature live music from the James Carothers Band, a live and silent auction, dinner and dancing.

This annual gala raises funds for financial assistance and youth programs at the The Family YMCA and there are still table sponsorships available and individual tickets for sale.

The HillStrummers Ukulele Group will play February Programs of “Love & Romance” at the local senior centers.
