The Los Alamos Lads of Enchantment and the Santa Fe Harmonizers invite Los Alamos to join them for the 2019 Barbershop Harmony Show 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18 at the United Church of Los Alamos, 2525 Canyon Dr.

In a departure from prior years, the annual show will be presented in Los Alamos on a single night; however, the show also will be presented at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19 at St. John’s United Methodist Church, 1200 Old Pecos Trail in Santa Fe.

I have lived here 25 years. Once I knew we had the Lads of Enchantment, I was hooked for life. They have a performance Oct. 18, and if you like A Capella music, this is the group for you.

Two young piano students in Los Alamos—brother and sister Sean Lo, 9, and his sister Lyla Lo, 7, are well on their way to succeeding in their chosen study of piano and classical music by fulfilling a personal pledge to never miss a single day of practicing.
