Music exists in Time and Space. If we are going to talk and write, verbally, about music, which is non-verbal, we need a common point of reference.

The Space in which music is written is called The Staff:

Above is the Grand Staff. which is comprised of the G treble clef staff on top and the F bass clef staff below.

Tom Gattis of Los Alamos is a singer/guitarist for the heavy/power metal band Wardog. He just announced the release of the band’s song “Clouds Of Magellan” (sung in Klingon).
 
“Clouds Of Magellan” is an old song, but previously unreleased until now. The publishment of the song is part of a 10-track sampler titled, “Metalliance – Volume 1”, which includes other bands like Watchtower, Level Fields and Killers.
