Igor & the Red Elvises play the Posse Lodge at 7:30 p.m. today at a fundraiser for the 2015 Los Alamos County Summer Concert Series.

Tickets are $20 per person. NYC Jazz Duo Plays Fuller Lodge Saturday

NYC musicians Roy Dunlap (piano) and Marcus Parsley (trumpet) will give a jazz concert at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 21 at Fuller Lodge.

They will be performing a number of works from the classic American songbook. The duo will be featuring music from jazz masters Thelonius Monk and Charlie Parker, as well as their own compositions. In addition to the jazz and be-bop program, they will be reinventing and improvising over a work from Gustav Mahler’s Rückert-Lieder.

The Bandelier Grill in White Rock, owned by Brian Appell, will sponsor a regular open mic nite, hosted by Richard Hannemann, owner of Hannemann Music, 8:30-12:30 p.m. Saturdays beginning March 21.
