FBI: Luis Mariscal-Lopez Of Española Pleads Guilty To Conspiracy To Commit Kidnapping

ALBUQUERQUE — Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Raul Bujanda, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Albuquerque Field Office, announced Nov. 2 that Luis Mariscal-Lopez pled guilty to conspiracy to commit kidnapping.

Mariscal-Lopez, 25, of Española, will remain in custody pending sentencing, which has not been scheduled.

ALBUQUERQUE — Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Raul Bujanda, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Albuquerque Field Office, announced that Deon Joe Bidtah pled guilty to all three counts of the indictment charging him with assault with a dangerous weapon, discharging a firearm during a crime of violence, and assault on a federal officer with a deadly and dangerous weapon.

New Mexico State Police Conduct Proactive Ops In Clovis

NMSP News:

CURRY COUNTY The New Mexico State Police (NMSP) Fugitive Apprehension Unit (FAU), Tactical Team and Uniform Bureau conducted an operation Nov. 17-18 in Clovis to reduce DWI, reckless driving, violent crime and other criminal activity.

Over the course of the two-day operation, 332 traffic stops were made with 66 citations issued. Thirteen arrests were made including three aggravated DWIs. In addition, officers apprehended individuals with four active felony warrants and four active misdemeanor warrants. One stolen vehicle was also recovered.
