Lilly Bueck and Charlotte Ulrich became the New Mexico State All-around Champions in their divisions for their performances at the Level 5 State Gymnastics Meet in Albuquerque March 2.
The Atomic Tumblers Level 5 team, consisting of eight gymnasts, earned a total of 22 medals including 11 gold, six silver and five bronze.

LA JUNTA, Colo.—Otero Junior College Rodeo program has announced the signing of New Mexico high school rodeo standout Jake Trujillo of Abiquiu, N.M.
Trujillo signed a National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association letter of intent with Otero Junior College Rattler Rodeo. The Las Animas High School senior is a top steer wrestler and team roper.
Trujillo is in the last semester of his senior year, where he competes in the National High School Rodeo Association in New Mexico.

Addison Richie was the Level 4 New Mexico State bronze medalist in the all-around competition at the Level 4 State Gymnastics Championship Feb. 23 in Albuquerque.
Richie competed in the Level 4 Child C Division, earning her highest all-around score of the season, 36.4. Richie also earned the silver medal for her floor exercise (9.225), and bronze medals on beam (9.05) and bars (8.95.) Richie placed fourth on vault with a 9.2.
