SANTA FE — The New Mexico Department of Transportation Traffic Safety Division in partnership with Safer New Mexico Now, Motorcycle Rights, Motorcycle Safety Foundation, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving will host multiple booths at Expo New Mexico today, Sept. 8 on Main Street in front of the agriculture building during Law Enforcement Day.

Representatives from each organization will be on hand to promote safe driving practices.

Weekend Water Line Work Scheduled On Trinity Drive

COUNTY News:

Water line work will slightly divert traffic traveling east on Trinity Drive. (N.M. 502) this weekend while water main connections for The Hills Apartments are tied into Los Alamos County water lines at Trinity Drive and 35th Street.

The work is scheduled to occur between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

The work will take place on the southern edge of Trinity Drive near 35th Street for about 400 feet. Traffic will be diverted from the eastbound lane closer to the center of the road.
