Change Coming To N.M. 4/East Jemez Intersection Project

Cone Zone News:

NNSA, Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) and Star Paving have issued the following message today regarding a change to the N.M. 4/East Jemez Intersection Project.

The Right-Turn Lane on East Jemez Road is to be closed Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024; motorists can turn right at the traffic signal to access southbound N.M. 4.

All construction is weather permitting and is subject to change without notice.

County Non-essential Offices On 2-Hour Delay Due To Snow

COUNTY News:

Due to inclement weather, the Los Alamos County Manager has declared a 2-hour delay today, Jan. 8 for  government non-essential administrative offices.

Some services may be impacted.

Cliff Dwelling: The Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument consists of five natural caves which have all been equipped with rooms. A total of 40 rooms are scattered among the five caves.
