Blue Buses Not In Service Dec. 22, 25 And Jan. 1

NCRTD News:

The North Central Regional Transit District RTD “Blue Buses” will not be in service Friday, Dec. 22; Monday, Dec. 25 and Monday, Jan. 1 in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays respectively.

The Mountain Trail to Ski Santa Fe and TSV Green to Taos Ski Valley will operate on those days.

The North Central Regional Transit District (NCRTD) is now offering a customer friendly trip planning feature, in partnership with Google Maps, that will offer convenience and ease in planning a trip utilizing any of the transit district’s RTD “Blue Buses.”

DPU To Work On NM 502 And Airport Road

COUNTY News: 

The Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities announced that crews with its electric distribution division will begin construction activities on the northwest corner of N.M. 502 and Airport Road. 

Weather permitting, work will begin as soon as Monday, Dec. 4 and continue through Friday, Dec.15.

Working from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, crews will upgrade equipment in the area to improve electric reliability for the adjacent neighborhoods. The project footprint is limited to the inside of the curb and should have minimal impacts on traffic.

SANTA FE  The public is invited to comment on the New Mexico Department of Transportation’s first amendment to the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The program will serve as a four year plan for the state’s federal aid highway program.
