Blue Buses Not In Service Memorial Day

NCRTD News:

The North Central Regional Transit District (NCRTD) has announced that the RTD “Blue Buses” will not be in service Monday, May 30, in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.

Regularly scheduled bus service throughout north central New Mexico including Los Alamos, Rio Arriba, Santa Fe and Taos Counties will resume Tuesday, May 31.

Atomic City Transit Upcoming Schedule Changes

COUNTY News:

Monday May 23, Atomic City Transit schedules will be adjusted in order to better provide connections with the Northern New Mexico Park and Ride buses. 

More specifically, the entire schedule will be rotated forward by 5 minutes, which will affect the timing at each bus stop. As an example, if you currently catch the bus at 7 a.m., you will catch the bus at 7:05 a.m. beginning Monday.

Boutique Air Terminates Contract With County

Los Alamos County Airport Manager David Ploeger announced today that he received a letter Thursday evening from Shawn Simpson, CEO of Boutique Air, terminating Boutique’s contract with the County to provide air service from Los Alamos to Albuquerque.

Boutique and the County entered into a contract last November to provide three flights a day between the Los Alamos airport (LAM) and Albuquerque Sunport (ABQ).
